Participation in a regular creative activity develops skills, knowledge, confidence and improves overall wellbeing by boosting your happiness chemicals. Here's a small taste of the creative wellbeing workshops on offer. Further details will be added soon, including what's included in each workshop.
Indian Block Printing
£40 - £80
Indian Block Printing, a beautiful mindful activity delivering an end product you will love! As a Certified Tutor, I'll share techniques, tips & tricks with different printing blocks onto a variety of materials.
Vouchers are available for any of the Creative Workshops. A perfect Christmas or birthday gift for an individual or a group of friends.
Basket Painting
Combining a cotton rope basket with the gorgeous colours from Kilim Tapestries, this simple and effective technique could become an obsession! A lovely addition to your own home or as a gift.

Manifest your personal goals or create a visual representation of a personal vision statement
Paddle Boarding
We all know the healing benefits of water and getting back to nature. In collaboration with Oxford SUP Club we'll combine the two. Starting with a gratitude meditation, you'll then take advantage of either a beginners lesson or river tour for more experienced paddlers.
Rock Painting
£20 - £40
Traditionally rocks are painted and either hidden for others to find or given to someone special as a gift. This simple act of giving keeps you connected with the world and brings joy to others when they might need it most. Painting rocks is also another easy mindful practice to help you check in with your own thoughts and feelings.
Recyled Christmas
Using easily found household items, we'll create decorations, centre pieces or gifts for you, your family and friends to enjoy.
