Supporting you to Flourish - in a Safe, Creative Space
As a Therapeutic Counsellor I provide one-to-one counselling for adults, offering a gentle, compassionate, and creative space to explore life’s challenges and move toward wellbeing.
How I work With Adults
I tailor therapy to each individual, working relationally, collaboratively, and creatively.
My approach often includes:
Who I Work With and What I Offer
I support adults with a broad range of concerns, including:
I also offer support to parents and professionals returning to adult work, bringing insight from child integrative practice into adult contexts.

We begin with a video call or phone chat to explore whether we might be a good fit. In our first session, we’ll look together at your story, presenting concerns, and what you hope to gain from counselling.
Weekly sessions are typically 50 minutes, in person or online depending on your preference.
We’ll co‑create goals and adjust as therapy progresses.
If it feels right for you, sessions may include imagery, sand tray, vision boards or embodied movement to deepen understanding and expression. These tools help surface thoughts and feelings that may be difficult to access through words alone.
£65 per 50-minute session.
Fee reviews happen annually, aligned with cost of living increases and my CPD and supervision commitments. You’ll always receive at least four weeks’ notice of any change.

We take things slowly. The first session is a chance for you to share what brings you here and what you’re hoping to understand or change. There’s no pressure to talk about anything before you’re ready; we build safety and direction together.
Not at all. Creative tools, like imagery, sand tray, metaphor or visioning, are available if they feel supportive, but the work can be purely conversational if you prefer. You always lead the direction and pace.
No. Not Ever. This is a non-judgemental, shame-free space. I’m here to support you in understanding your experience, reconnecting with your needs and values, and moving toward a healthier relationship with yourself, whatever choices you make.
Yes, with a few safeguarding exceptions. Everything you share is treated with care and respect. I’ll always explain if anything needs to be shared for your safety or someone else’s. You can read my full privacy statement on this site.
