2020 was definitely a year we'll all remember! We had never experienced anything like it before and were forced to stop and think about what was important to us.
Although there were many negatives, the positives came thick and fast too. Spending time together as a family, being creative, being in nature, and slowing down for the first time in many years.
For me, it was the catalyst back to a path I had long since forgotten whilst climbing the corporate ladder and forgetting early passions and dreams.
For more than 20 years I carved a successful career, focused on projects and learning in different sectors including hospitality, business, equality, diversity & inclusion.
I knew the next stop for me had to bring together my experiences, the joy of being creative and a sense of community. I missed making a difference and being part of where I live.
Slowing down gave my mind, body and soul time and space to think about what was missing and it led me here. As a Therapeutic Wellbeing Practitioner I can support our community in all manner of creative ways.
