Creative Minds for young people aged 12-16, aims to help them overcome the mental health issues they have experienced, which are multiple and complex, including anxiety, low self-esteem, inability to socialise, bullying, gender identity, and experience of ill health and abuse. Using the arts, meditation and mindfulness we will create opportunities for connection and calm.
Facilitated by Nicolette, a Therapeutic Wellbeing Practitioner and seasoned creative, participants will use their creativity to explore and enhance wellbeing, make friends and build on their wellbeing capacities.

Although free, places are based on a referral from parents, school or other agencies.
Focus on your creative skills in this popular session with a local Arts and Crafts enthusiast, Nicolette.
Experiment with a series of fun techniques, test out different media and styles. No experience required, just free up your creative energy and learn to express your ideas. For children and young people aged 7-12
